The Service may evolve, and we may modify, replace, discontinue, or introduce features at any time.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create, upload, import, store, or submit through the Service.
User content may include:
- Lists
- Items
- Notes
- Images
- Tags
- Labels
- Custom fields
- Imported data
- AI-generated content that you choose to save
- Other content submitted through the Service
To operate the Service, you grant AnyDex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Host content
- Store content
- Process content
- Back up content
- Synchronize content
- Display content to you
- Display content to users you authorize
- Operate and improve Service functionality
When you use Sharing Features, additional licensing terms apply as described in the User Content Sharing Terms.
This license exists solely to provide and operate the Service.
You remain responsible for the content you create, upload, import, or share.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law.
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Circumvent security measures.
- Upload malicious software or code.
- Harvest data from other users.
- Abuse, harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Use automated systems in a manner that negatively impacts the Service.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or damage the Service.
You may not use the Service in a way that could expose AnyDex, its users, or third parties to legal, security, or operational risk.

Use of these features is additionally governed by the AnyDex User Content Sharing Terms.

AnyDex is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, or quality of imported data.

- Misleading
- Offensive
- Outdated
You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it.
AI-generated content does not constitute:
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Medical advice
- Professional advice of any kind
You agree not to rely on AI-generated content for decisions where errors could result in harm, loss, liability, or legal consequences.
We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be unique or non-infringing.
AI functionality may be modified, restricted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
9. Voice Input Features
The Service may provide optional voice input or speech-to-text functionality.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any audio or spoken content used with these features.
Speech recognition results may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
You remain responsible for reviewing transcribed content before saving, sharing, or relying on it.
10. Subscriptions and Paid Features
The Service may offer optional paid subscriptions or premium features, including AnyDex Plus.
Subscription benefits, usage limits, quotas, and available features may vary by subscription tier.
Purchases may be processed through third-party marketplaces such as Google Play.
Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing may be governed in whole or in part by the applicable marketplace provider.
We may modify subscription pricing, features, limits, or availability from time to time, subject to applicable law. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid subscriptions where required by law.

ANYDEX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY
- RELIABILITY
- AVAILABILITY
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED
- THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE
- DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
- CONTENT WILL BE PRESERVED
- RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYDEX, FG LAB, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
- SPECIAL DAMAGES
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- EXEMPLARY DAMAGES
- LOSS OF DATA
- LOSS OF PROFITS
- LOSS OF REVENUE
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
- REPUTATIONAL HARM
ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:
- USE OF THE SERVICE
- INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
- USER CONTENT
- THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
- AI-GENERATED CONTENT
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- SECURITY INCIDENTS
- SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ANYDEX DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
- (B) €100 EUR.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnyDex, FG Lab, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law
- Your infringement of third-party rights
18. Changes to the Service
We may modify, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any portion of it at any time.
We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or through other reasonable means.
The updated Terms become effective on the date specified in the revised version.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and User Content Sharing Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and AnyDex regarding your use of the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
